The Seamen Coffee Company started where most of our best ideas have: on a deck, in the dark, with a chipped enamel mug and a sky that hadn't decided what color it wanted to be.

We've never been interested in coffee as commodity. We're interested in the cup at four in the morning, the second pour after a long night, the quiet ten minutes before everyone else wakes up.

Every roast we ship is built for that — full of body, honest, steady. We work with farms we know by name and roast in batches small enough that nothing slips. Then we send it to you, fresh enough that you can still smell the journey.
